Generative animation by Aberdeen-born composer and conductor Luci Holland representing the phases of activity our brain's experience during sleep, created in partnership with neuroscience researcher Narelle Freeman, who is also a musician. Neurological and diary data become a liquid dreamscape, visualising the five stages of human sleep.

Holland has explored creative technology before through experimental game design but is best known for award-winning music for productions including live action film 'Sayo', video game 'Murderous Pursuits' and as Programme Director of Tinderbox Collective. She has also produced work for Hidden Door, Cryptic Nights and Absolute Classics.

Co-commissioned by Aberdeen Performing Arts and New Media Scotland’s Alt-w Fund with investment from Creative Scotland.
