The Stitch Lounge is our biannual open lab incorporating sewing machines and studio space for people to come together, share knowledge and make things. Timed to coincide with fashion weeks, we’ll take inspiration from the Autumn/Winter 2012 menswear collections from Paris.

For September our theme will be FOR MEN ONLY and as with previous Stitch Lounge events participants will have just one weekend and only the materials and machines provided to produce a collection of garments ready to strut on Sunday's stage.

Everyone is welcome to pop into the lab and see behind the scenes throughout the weekend or just join us for cocktails and catwalk on Sunday at 7:30pm. We'll also be screening of 'A Man's Story', a documentary about fashion designer Ozwald Boateng.
