LateLab | At the Heart of Things
Thursday 13th February 2014, 7 for 7.30pm.
Inspace, 1 Crichton Street, Edinburgh EH8 9AB
The simple systole-diastole of the human heartbeat is the fundamental rhythm of life. Poetry is words in rhythm that speak to the heart.
This LateLab, which launches The Reading Experiment, brings together the word and the flesh as we journey into the interior to explore our most vital organ.
We have a physicist, an award-winning comedian, origami, haematology, poetry and a tale of impossible love between a black hole and a neutron star.
